Our last destination - Mumbai, greeted us with the proper monsoon rains. Despite long train journey from Delhi (17 hours) we were feeling pretty energetic so on the first day we had a long walk around the area. Central Mumbai is very different from other cities we had visited - there are no cows, streets are paved and it is rather modern. The buildings from British Colonial Era give the place a specific atmosphere. We spent our time walking , doing last shopping and enjoying our last fruit shakes before our return to Europe. And of course - reflecting on our big journey and our big return! In a state of slight shock we boarded our plane to Madrid...

Nasze ostatnie miasto - Bombaj, przywitalo nas prawdziwymi monsunowymi deszczami. Pomimo 17-stogodzinnej podrozy pociagiem, czylismy sie wypoczeci, w zwiazku z czym juz pierwszego dnia wybralismy sie na dlugi spacer. Centrum Bombaju jest zupelnie niepodobne do innych Indyjskich miast - brak krow, chodniki oraz brytyjskie pokolonialne budynki przyczyniaja sie do specyficznej jego atmosfery. Nasze dni uplywaly nam na zwiedzaniu, spacerach, ostatnich zakupach oraz delektowaniu sie tropikalnymi owocami przed powrotem do Europy. No i oczywiscie na przygotowywaniu sie do wielkiego powrotu. W stanie lekkiego szoku wsiedlismy do samolotu udajacego sie w strone Madrytu.
